Children’s Christian Education Committee (CCE)

Children’s Christian Education Committee (CCE):   The committee is supporting the part-time Children’s Ministry Director, helping with duties as needed. We are overseeing Sunday school, Children’s Church, and the education of children age 4 through grade 6. The Sunday school teachers and others interested are also part of this committee.

Worship

Worship Committee: Worship committee is responsible for providing support for regular and special worship services and recommending any major changes or additions to our worship services to the pastor and elders. This committee is responsible for providing lay liturgists to assist in leading worship each Sunday morning. They are also responsible for communion (preparation of, arranging for servers and cleaning up afterwards).  The decoration of the Sanctuary falls under the auspices of the Worship Committee. Decoration has consisted mainly of changing of the banners with the liturgical seasons, arranging the poinsettias and Easter lilies and putting up the Christmas tree. Volunteers to help with decorations are greatly appreciated.
